Standards Lead
PACLI has three research and development centers around the world, which is Jiangsu provincial enterprise technology center, Jiangsu functional packaging new materials research and development and application engineering technology research center. In 2012, Pacli established the Nanjing Food Packaging New Material Laboratory, which is capable of completing nearly more than 10 types of experimental projects, such as food safety foundation, film stretching and so on. At the same time, it has more than 10 testing functions, such as total migration, optical purity, and so on.
Since its establishment, Pacli has undertaken 21 national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects and mastered more than 100 key core technologies, including material modification, process technology and production equipment for straws, plastic cups and lids. We have formed a complete product design, equipment development, material modification, process development of technology research and development capabilities. Pacli maintains the leading level in the domestic industry in the research and development of environmentally friendly packaging and flexible production, and owns more than 100 national patents.
As an enterprise with a high sense of social responsibility, PACLI has been constantly been devoted to the field of construction of environmental protection products standards, and has successively led/participated in the construction of a number of national standards and group standards, such as the national standard "biodegradable drinking straw", the national standard "paper cup", and the group standard "degradable paper straw".
