Onboarding

New employees receive the Penrose Shaping New Employee Handbook as part of the onboarding process. They will also be assigned a series of ethics and compliance modules based on their responsibilities and work location.

Professional Training

Every employee who enters Penrose Shaping receives the core training that the company assigns to all employees and specific training based on their individual job responsibilities or position. Training includes employee code of conduct, anti-corruption, workplace violence prevention, equal employment opportunity and cybersecurity.

Audit and Incident Response

Penrose is regularly audited in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. There are also standards in place for system and application development, lifecycle management, and a standardized methodology for processing all IT change requests in a timely manner. In the event of an incident, the company's Cybersecurity Incident Response Program identifies, investigates and responds in detail, and this work is carried out by the company's Cybersecurity Incident Response Team.
